My mission: Building a lifelong positive relationship with food.

No pseudo-science. Only tried-and-tested tools that can really help.

Viola Stolarska-Davies, Founder

My background and approach

As a qualified nutritionist working for the NHS and in private practice, I’ve supported both parents of selective eaters and adults struggling with emotional or disordered eating. My approach focuses on the psychology of eating—whether guiding parents through their child’s food challenges or helping clients break free from unhealthy eating habits. I aim to help you build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with food.

Supporting Adults

Through my work in the NHS and private practice, I saw firsthand how emotional or disordered eating impact people’s lives. By combining my nutritional expertise with eating psychology and mindfulness, I developed a programme that helps adults regain control, cultivate self-compassion, and build lasting, healthy habits. My goal is to empower people to live happier, healthier lives free from food-related stress.

Supporting Parents and Carers of Selective Eaters

As a parent myself, I know the challenges of navigating selective eating and mealtime stress. My approach blends nutrition science with the psychology of eating, offering parents practical, compassionate support to help their children become adventurous eaters with a positive relationship with food. I believe that with the right tools and encouragement, every family can enjoy happier, healthier mealtimes.

My qualifications

As a qualified nutritionist (Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics and Food Planning, Merit) working within the NHS, I’m committed to ensuring that the Peas & Love approach is grounded in the latest, evidence-based, and peer-reviewed research.

I also hold a Master’s degree in Sociology, and with this social science background, I understand that the mental and psychological aspects of eating are often overlooked in discussions about healthy eating habits. My aim is to support you on your health journey by combining cutting-edge research in both nutrition and psychology.

What I Offer
